Delivery Details

We greatly appreciate all orders and require no minimums. We only accept orders from within the UK.

There is a standard £5.00 delivery charge for all UK orders regardless of weight for orders below £66 - Free collections if you chose to collect from your scent work training classes you attend. 

As we run a number of dog services, there may be odd times when your order will take longer to be despatched than normal. Whilst we aim for 8-10 days for despatch sometimes it can be longer. 

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified above. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet a specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund.

 

International Orders. We do not accept international orders.

Recycling Policy - Dog Wiggles Training reuses packaging wherever possible. We know it doesn’t always look the prettiest, however we think it is a positive step in caring for the environment.
